Jump to RecipeHonestly, it gets no easier than this! Twenty minutes max from start to finish and hopefully you won’t devour the avocado salsa like I did before the salmon was done. The “secret” citrus addition gives it a sweet, fresh surprise! Make sure to not omit that part.

Let's get right into the recipe!
Sear salmon skin side down on high heat for 5-7 minutes. The perimeter will be just about cooked through. Squeeze one lime wedge over salmon and let lime juice cook down (basically let the smoke settle). Finish in the oven on 375 degrees for 5-7 minutes until desired temperature.

While salmon is baking, prepare avocado salsa by cubing avocado in a medium sized bowl. Small dice red onion and cilantro and add to bowl.
Add lime juice, fresh orange juice, season all, salt and pepper to taste and stir. Adjust seasonings to your liking and set aside.

Plate dish by adding salmon skin side down and topping with avocado citrus salsa mixture and enjoy! ❤️
