Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Bake potatoes for 15 minutes.
Add broccoli and red onion and bake again for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes bake, prepare chicken breasts with sauces.
Remove baked potatoes and add chicken breasts. Bake for 20 minutes.
Finally, add cheddar cheese and bake until melted and bubbly.
