With a quick strawberry crunch topping, these cake pops are simple to make and downright delicious!
20 Cake Pops
1. Eggs 2. Fresh Strawberries 3. Strawberry Cake Mix 4. Water 5. Oil
6. Frosting 7. Chocolate
1. Vanilla Cookies 2. Strawberry Emulsion
Prepare cake per the recipe instructions except amount of oil. Use one tablespoon of oil.
Bake the cake according to package instructions and allow cake to cool completely.
Crumble cake and add cream cheese frosting until doughy consistency.
Using a cookie scoop form the cake balls and place on a lined flat surface and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
Melt chocolate, gather cake pop sticks and cover cake pops with chocolate.
After the chocolate on the cake pop no longer drips, add the crunch topping to the top of the cake pop.
Place the cake pop on the stand and allow the cake pops to dry. This step will take 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately or package for guests and friends!
