Savory Oats with Roasted Tomatoes

Savory Oats 1 cup Oatmeal Quick or Old Fashioned Oats 2 cups Water ⅓ cup Coconut Milk 1 teaspoon Flavored Bouillon 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste Season All As Needed 1 tablespoon Green Onions Roasted Tomatoes ½ cup Cherry Tomatoes 1 teaspoon Olive Oil ½ teaspoon Garlic Salt and Pepper To Taste
Savory Oats Fill a small sauce pot with two cups of water and flavored bouillon and bring to a boil.
Next, pour in oats and begin to whisk or stir and allow oats to cook for up to five minutes.
Then pour coconut milk and garlic paste and continue to cook and stir.
Last, taste for flavor and add seasonings.
Roasted Tomatoes Preheat oven to broil.
Place cherry tomatoes on a small baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast for one to two minutes until cherry tomatoes become charred and soft.
Soft Boiled Egg Add about two cups of water to a small sauce pot. Place egg in the pot and bring to a boil.
Whenever the water begins to boil, immediately remove the pot from the heat and let sit for three minutes.
Immediately peel egg and set aside until assembly.
Assembly By the time the oven is heated and tomatoes are roasted, the oatmeal should be at desired consistency.
Plate savory oats first, then add roasted tomatoes, soft egg and avocado. Top with your favorite bagel seasonings, green onions and enjoy!
