Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
Instructions
Honey Soy Chicken
In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sesame oil; whisk together until thoroughly combined.
Pour mixture over chicken breasts, massage and let marinate at least one hour covered.
Preheat skillet to medium/high heat and add ½ teaspoon of oil to lightly coat pan.
Sauté chicken breasts until cooked through using leftover marinade to baste chicken. Set aside.
Pineapple Salsa
Dice pineapple, red onion and cilantro and place in a mixing bowl.
Add honey, lime juice and stir. Salt + pepper to taste and set aside.
Plating
Plate chicken breasts and top with pineapple salsa and enjoy!
