Begin by taking the seasoning blend and fully coating the prepped chicken breasts with the spices.
Next, take the additional seasoning blend, add to the flour mix.
Add the fresh shredded parmesan to the panko bread and mix.
Then, take the beaten egg mixture and begin dipping the seasoned chicken breasts into the egg mixture.
Now, take the chicken breasts and dip each cutlet into the seasoned flour and panko mixture and.
On a lined baking sheet with cooking/baking spray, place the coated chicken cutlets on to the baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes flipping halfway through until chicken breasts are crispy and fully cooked through.
