Crispy Green Beans, Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms

- 1 tb Cooking Oil
- ½ lb Fresh Green Beans
- ½ Red Onion medium sized
- 1 tb Garlic
- ½ cup Shiitake Mushrooms
- ½ cup Baby Bella Mushrooms
- 2 tb Soy Sauce
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Prepare fresh green beans by cleaning and trimming the ends.
In a large skillet on medium/high heat, place cooking oil in pan and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Add onion, salt and pepper and sauté until translucent adding small amounts of water (to release charred bits) until completely cooked down.
Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms release moisture and are cooked through.
Add green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes until well coated and combined with ingredients and slightly charred on the outside (should be crunchy).
Add soy sauce and toss until coated and add additional salt and pepper if needed. Enjoy!
