Yogurt Bark Recipe
This yogurt bark recipe includes frozen whipped greek yogurt sweetened with honey, topped with granola, and your favorite fruits. Yogurt bark is a delicious, healthy snack that's packed with protein. Make this sweet, creamy, frozen dessert once, and you'll want to keep a stash in the freezer for whenever the craving strikes!

Whipped Yogurt (this is my greek yogurt whipped recipe)
- 1½ cups Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Sunflower Butter
If not using my recipe, use ingredients below.
- 2½ cups Yogurt vanilla flavored
- ¼ cup Assorted fruit
- ¼ cup Granola
- Honey
- Dash of coarse salt
In a large bowl or stand mixer, pour in the recipe ingredients: Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, sunflower butter and whipping cream.
Whip on medium speed (around 7-8) for up to two to three minutes or until the yogurt begins to form "stiff peaks".
Scrape the sides of the bowl during mixing will aid in ensuring the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
After the yogurt has reached desired consistency, simply use a spatula to remove from the bowl.
Pour whipped yogurt on a lined baking sheet, distribute and spread evenly.
Add fresh fruit.
Freeze for 3-4 hours.
Carefully use a knife (or your hands) to break a part yogurt bark.
