½cupAlmond Milk
Smoothie Toppings
2Strawberries
¼cupBlueberries
½Banana
1 tablespoonShaved Coconut
2tablespoonGranola
Ingredients without Smoothie Kit
½cupPineapples
½cupBanana
½ cup Blueberries
½cupCoconut Milk/Almond Milkup to ¾ cup as needed
¼cupChia Seeds
Instructions
First, grab the produce that will need to be prepped. Then, thinly slice the banana and strawberries. Pour about a tablespoon each of the granola, shaved coconut and set aside.
Now, grab the Energy Smoothie Kit (or listed smoothie ingredients)and place it in the blender.
Pulse the ingredients to break up the frozen bit and then pour in your liquid of choice.
