It’s been years since I’ve made Shakshuka and while vacationing in the cabins with my dear friend, we devoured a batch during breakfast and I haven’t been able to get the flavors out of my head! Sadly she’s moved back to Melbourne but left me with tons of exotic spices and I’m having way too much fun in my seasoning pantry! Nothing like having international friends, ok?😝

Make small pockets with the back of a spoon and pour in eggs Season each egg with salt. Place pan in the oven for 5-7 minutes until eggs are firm but runny (or until desired doneness).

Top with feta cheese, burrata, cilantro and burrata and enjoy!
